The Barre Result: A true body sculpting, fat burning workout unlike ANY other

Our studio uses the BeyondBarre Method. The BeyondBarre program is unlike any other thanks to its creative design and limitless workout variations. BeyondBarre kicks up the intensity of the typical barre exercise program with its unique one of a kind cardio series. We have combined small, precise muscle movements and isometric holds to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch the muscles building stamina and balance while melting away fat. The BeyondBarre method has the flexibility to be performed with only a ballet barre  or it can be enhanced with weights, balls and resistance bands.

A 60 Minute Workout session consists of:

Ballet barre leg work to build long lean legs

Free weights for upper body sculpting

A stomach flattening abdominal series

Each exercise is thoughtfully and purposefully placed in the class exercise order to optimize the ability to burn fat, sculpt the body, and build long, lean muscles.We use ballet barre leg sculpting exercises and amplified them. In addition to our leg contouring barre work weights are added to tone the arms and a stomach flattening abdominal series is included to challenge the core. Our BeyondBarre program is designed to strengthen the muscles by working to fatigue then stretch to lengthen and sculpt. Our base workout along with balls, bands and music mixes will you get fit while having fun.

1:30-2:00pm BeyondBarre GlideBoard Teach Glide Board (Go over safety, board anatomy, Simply Barre order, etc.)
2:00-3:00pm Teach High Mid Barre (Go over Barre Facings, phonetics, and remind them of Key Terms page)

3:00-4:00pm Teach Low Barre Floor Work and Wrap Up
4:00-4:15 pm Break
4:15-5:30pm Group Say it/Count it Drill

5:30-6:00pm Ending Thoughts
