Hello Yogis and Yoginis.
For the upcoming months, we will have a slightly modified schedule starting Wednesday the 01st of January, 2014.
We are excited to now offer 60 minute, non-heated classes based on the Bishnu Gosh lineage of Hatha Yoga. We have placed them on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Be sure to come in and try one of these classes. They are fun and challenging and you will still get a great workout.
New Years Day, Wednesday January 1st, there will be
only one class at 10:00 a.m.
Sunday, January 5th, there will be one class at
8:00 a.m. only. (4:30p.m. in the afternoon is cancelled)

Explanation of individual classes are:
This is the class formerly known as Bikram Yoga. The 26 classic postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated* room based on the Bishnu Gosh lineage of Hatha yoga. *(heated room is NEVER more than 105 degrees and 40% humidity!)
90 minutes long. Beginners and intermediate.
A series of gentle Hatha Yoga postures specially selected for Seniors, so seniors can safely participate at their level of comfort. (Blocks, Straps provided).
60 minutes long. Beginners class.
30+ flowing Hatha yoga postures based on the Bishnu Gosh lineage of 84 Asanas. This class will be conducted in a non-heated to slightly heated room. (if required)
60 minutes long. Beginners & intermediate.
A fun and challenging class with 40+ Hatha yoga postures based on the 84 classic Asanas of the Bishnu Gosh lineage, practiced in a non-heated room.
75 minutes long. Beginners & intermediate. If you can’t do some postures, it will still be fun to try them!
